Why Work for Aim Learning?

Aim Learning is different from other agencies. As we are run directly by learning providers, we understand your needs. We take time to understand your background and experience. We allow you independence in running courses as you like, providing of course they meet high quality standards. In addition we do not take the same huge proportion of hourly fees that other agencies do.

Is my subject relevant?

Aim Learning has plans to expand into new subjects so that we may cater for a higher number of learners. We are interested in people who teach school curriculum subjects, languages, music, information technology and other vocational and life skills.

What are you looking for in learning providers?

Both our learners and fellow teachers expect a high standard of teaching with a high level of knowledge of the subject and previous relevant experience. Equally important is to have the right people skills appropriate for teaching. It is also important that you should have a passion for your subject and for teaching. Those who wish to work with children must have a full CRB/ Disclosure check if one has not already been obtained. We pride ourselves on having people from a variety of backgrounds.

What will happen when I begin work for Aim Learning?

If you are appropriately qualified and experienced we will discuss your background further and then which subjects at what level you feel comfortable teaching. We will also ask what times you would be available and we will then refer interested learners to you. Unlike other agencies we do not ask for a regular fee where no work has been done, we only ask for a small commission for paid lessons.
